James D. Baer, Managing Member

Mr. Baer was born in 1942. He attended Cornell University and received an engineering degree, B.C.E. in 1965. He is the managing member of Uhlmann Investment Management, LLC a registered investment advisory company and Uhlmann Price Securities, LLC, a FINRA registered Broker-Dealer.

Jim has been in the securities and futures industry since 1970. He was a securities broker and branch manager with Merrill Lynch and a member and independent floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. He has served as an arbitrator with the FINRA, NFA and Chicago Board of Trade. In addition he has been retained as an industry authority and expert witness in arbitrations before the FINRA. He is a past President of Exchange Analytics Inc. and past Chairman of eaLearning LLC which provide ethics training programs and continuing education to registrants in the futures and securities industry.

Jim holds Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 53 & 66 Licenses with the FINRA.
