James D. Baerborn in 1942, attended Cornell University B.C.E. 1965. Mr. Baer is the managing member of Uhlmann Investment Management, LLC a registered investment advisory company and Uhlmann Price Securities, LLC, a NASD registered Broker-Dealer.

Mr. Baer has been in the securities and futures industry since 1970. He was a securities broker and branch manager with Merrill Lynch and a member and independent floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. He has served as an arbitrator with the NASD, NFA and Chicago Board of Trade. In addition he has been retained as an industry expert and expert witness in arbitrations before the NASD. He is a past President of Exchange Analytics Inc. and Chairman of eaLearning LLC which provide ethics training programs and continuing education to registrants in the futures and securities industry. He holds Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 53 & 66 Licenses with the NASD.

Frederick G. Uhlmann, born in December 1929, attended Washington & Lee University. Mr. Uhlmann is the Senior Partner and Portfolio Manager of Uhlmann Investment Management, LLC.

Mr. Uhlmann has been in the securities and futures industry since 1951. He is the Senior Partner of Uhlmann Price Securities, LLC, a NASD registered Broker-Dealer. Concurrently, Mr. Uhlmann is a Senior Vice President of Man Financial, Inc. Prior to Man Financial, he was Senior Vice President at First Options/LIT and a Securities Broker with its parent firm, Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. Mr. Uhlmann has been with several Wall Street and Futures firms, including Drexel Burnham Lambert in the 1970's through early 1980's. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trade, Vice Chairman of the National Futures Association, Chairman of the Futures Industry Association and a board member of the Futures Industry Institute. He was also on the founding board of the Chicago Board of Options.

Alan Konn, born in October, 1959, has a BA in Psychology from Hamline University, St. Paul MN and a MBA in Finance and Accounting from UCLA. He is a registered investment advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner of Uhlmann Price Securities, LLC and Uhlmann Investment Management.

Alan has spent his entire business career in the financial services industry. He joined Uhlmann Price Securities in 2003 after spending 17 years as an investment executive with William Blair & Co. where he worked as a portfolio manager helping individuals manage and allocate their financial assets. Prior to that he worked in the corporate finance department at the First National Bank of Chicago. Alan lives in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. He is a member of the LaSalle Club and supports and is active in a number of Chicago-based charitable activities. His hobbies include triathlons, recreational boating and major league baseball.

Marie Costa McJilton, born in October 1958, attended Southern Illinois University. Ms McJilton is a Partner of Uhlmann Investment Management, LLC.

Ms. McJilton has been in the securities and futures industry since 1980. She is a Partner of Uhlmann Price Securities, LLC, a NASD registered Broker-Dealer. Concurrently, Ms McJilton is a Vice President of Man Financial, Inc. Prior to Man Financial, she was a Vice President of First Options/LIT and a Securities Broker with its parent firm, Spear Leads & Kellogg. Ms. McJilton has been with several Wall Street and Futures Industry firms.
