RICI Committee Changes Weightings

CHICAGO/LAUSANNE/TOKYO/LONDON/ NEW YORK, MAY 16, 2008---The Rogers International Index Committee announced today the following change on the Rogers International Commodity Index (RICI®). This change will be implemented at the end of May 2008 during the roll period.

Due to the lack of liquidity on the TGE Azuki Beans contract, the Committee decided to reduce the weight of this component to 0.25% and to increase the weight of CBOT Soybean by 0.25%. This adjustment will occur during the May 2008 roll period.

Since January 1, 2008, the Rogers International Commodity Index has increased by approximately 19.07% as of May 15, 2007. Since Rogers created the RICI® on August 1, 1998, the RICI® has increased by approximately 426.5 %.

Rogers has been an advocate of commodities-based investing and natural resources since late 1998. He is well known for his four books: Investment Biker, Adventure Capitalist, Hot Commodities and A Bull In China.
