Rogers International Raw Materials Fund

The Rogers International Raw Materials Fund is an Illinois Limited Partnership that was established in May 2000. The general partner and trading advisor of the Partnership is Beeland Management Company, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.

The Rogers International Raw Materials Fund is most appropriate for the individual investor, with investor qualifications and minimum investment lower than with The Rogers Raw Material Fund. Both funds track the RICI® in the same manner.

The Partnership, acting through the General Partner, attempts to track and replicate the positions in the Rogers International Commodity Index®. The Index was developed by James Beeland Rogers, Jr. to be a balanced, long only, representative, international raw materials index. The Index Fund’s primary objective is to provide an alternative investment vehicle for investors with diversified portfolios.
